Current Employee Changes
To make changes to a current employee's payroll information, please use the following forms and submit prior to payroll processing, or contact your payroll specialist at (716) 681-7282.
When changing an employee's State or Federal withholding status, the corresponding State & Federal Form must also be completed and kept with your personnel records.
